Community Child Care Clearinghouse of Niagara Play Lending Center

The Community Child Care Clearinghouse of Niagara Play Lending Center provides toys and equipment to families in the early intervention program, child care centers, family child care homes, and early intervention service providers. These items are for the use of children ages birth to three years old who have been identified as being developmentally delayed or disabled. The Play Lending Center can help identify play goals for your child, select developmentally appropriate toys, develop play ideas and set up a play area, and provide support to parents and child care providers.

In order to access the library, the child must be receiving services through the Department of Health Early Intervention Program. A referral must be made by the Department of Health Early Intervention Program to the Community Child Care Clearinghouse of Niagara. Support and positioning devices, adaptive switches, play tables, walkers, adapted toys, stacking toys, dolls, blocks, musical toys, rattles, electronic toys, books, rockers, push toys, and activity gyms are all available to borrow.
