"Easy Seat" Folding Chair

"Is it hard to stand while you iron? Do you need a seat in the laundry
room? Maybe you need a chair in the kitchen occasionally, but can't drag
one in from another room. Or perhaps you have a narrow kitchen or limited
space in the laundry room. The Easy Seat is your problem solver! It can be
installed in areas where there is insufficient space to place a regular chair.
The chair is anchored to the wall and easily folds down when a seat is needed.
When not in use, the chair folds up flush against the wall. The chair frame
and armrests are made from poplar wood and the 16" square seat is covered
with a black plastic inset. The Easy Seat can support up to 250 pounds."
